Role Overview: As a Programming BCBA at UNIFI Autism Care, you will focus on designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress for your patients. This role emphasizes direct patient programming over supervisory duties, allowing you to make a tangible impact on each client’s development. What You'll Do: - You will develop and customize treatment goals tailored to each patient’s unique needs. - You will conduct ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust programs accordingly. - You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and effective care. - You will provide direct support and guidance to patients during therapy sessions. - You will maintain detailed documentation and data collection to track outcomes. - You will stay current with best practices and emerging research in applied behavior analysis. - You will participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies. What You Bring: - You hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You have at least 2 years of experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans. - You possess strong analytical skills to assess patient data and modify programs. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with data collection software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with pediatric populations with autism spectrum disorder. - Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Experience in a clinical or educational setting.
