We’re on the hunt for a part-time Marketing Coordinator contractor who’s equal parts social media savvy and ultra organized. If you live and breathe social, love dreaming up creative content, and can keep multiple projects running smoothly, this role is for you. Here's What We're Looking For Social Media Management: • Create and publish social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Work with other unicorns to brainstorm creative ideas for posts, stories, and campaigns. • Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistent engagement. • Monitor trends and insights, and optimize social strategies accordingly. • Occasionally assist in content creation, including reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes footage. Project & Client Coordination: • Help the COO stay on top of multiple client accounts, deadlines, and deliverables. • Organize and track tasks in project management tools to ensure seamless execution. • Support digital account managers with scheduling, tracking, and reporting on client progress. • Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on priorities. Your Skills & Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing coordination, or project management. • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Google Suite, and Figma. • Experience creating content in social media platforms, as well as using Canva, CapCut, or other basic content creation tools. • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
