As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will represent AT&T directly to customers, providing guidance on wireless plans, internet options, and other AT&T services. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and help customers select the best AT&T and internet products for their needs. This role requires confidence, knowledge of AT&T and internet services, and a drive to contribute to company growth. Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities • Represent AT&T as a knowledgeable Customer Service and Sales Representative, promoting wireless and internet solutions to customers. • Conduct in-person consultations to explain AT&T wireless and internet options that match customer needs. • Support customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. • Recommend the most suitable AT&T internet and wireless products using a solution-based sales process. • Manage daily routes and plan customer outreach to maximize opportunities for AT&T and internet sales. • Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, AT&T service requests, and internet product recommendations. • Participate in daily team meetings focused on product training, AT&T updates, and improved internet knowledge. • Work toward weekly and monthly goals while contributing positively to the Customer Service and Sales Representative team culture. Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications • Strong communication and listening skills suitable for a Customer Service and Sales Representative role. • Ability to explain AT&T services and internet solutions in a clear and professional manner. • Reliable transportation for work. • Motivated mindset with the ability to excel in a competitive environment. • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required for the Customer Service and Sales Representative role. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
