Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Team Support Open/close the office daily; manage building alarm. Keep the office clean, stocked, and guest-ready. Maintain kitchens, meeting rooms, common areas, and supply spaces. Manage snacks, beverages, office supplies, and inventory. Greet visitors; manage front desk flow.
