We have revolutionized the US golf simulator industry from the commercial golf simulator market success at the global level by offering first-of-its-kind overhead launch monitors in the open technology platform to thousands of individual golfers. Seamlessly combining hardware and simulator software programs, we strive to create valuable content, products, and services that fulfill millions of golfers’ passion for their love of the game.  We are looking to fill the role of Director of Human Resources to join. He or she is responsible for establishment, standardization, and continuously optimizing Human Resources policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks across all company locations. This role requires a highly organized and process-driven leader capable of building scalable HR infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and creating a structured employee experience that supports the company’s growth objectives. Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and maintain global HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. - Establish standardized HR processes across all business functions and locations. - Create and maintain HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation changes, promotions, disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee relations. - Ensure HR policies align with company objectives and applicable labor laws. - Lead HR compliance audits and implement corrective action plans. - Create documentation standards and ensure proper record retention practices. - Assess existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. - Establish HR metrics, reporting, and dashboards for executive management. - Implement controls to ensure consistency, accountability, and compliance across the organization. - Partner with Finance and Operations to improve workforce planning and organizational efficiency. - Develop and continuously optimize the company’s performance and salary systems, ensuring the salary and incentive systems for sustainable growth and high-performance culture in collaboration with the Finance team. - Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety and sexual harassment. - Spearhead the overall talent acquisition strategy and process, ensuring the recruiting top talents to Uneekor to drive the overall business objectives. - Review and interview potential candidates, including sourcing and administering the entire talent acquisition process. - Plan and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding to foster a positive attitude toward company goals. - Develop, create and maintain up-to-date HR policies, procedures following the state’s employment law and practices. - Provide coaching on the performance improvement process and effective strategies to monitor and improve performance. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Oversee the analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. - Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are complying. - Study legislation, arbitration decisions and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends. Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills - Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management; MBA or master's degree preferred - 7-10 years in HR management. Embedded technology across hardware and software and brand company experiences are helpful. - A background in organizational behaviors from start-up or scaling leadership experience is ideal. - Excellent communication skills in policy making and implementation are must have.
