PCB / CAD Design Engineer Cedarburg, WI (Onsite) $100,000-$120,000 An established engineering team is looking to add a PCB / CAD Design Engineer to support ongoing product development projects. The role focuses on complex multi-layer PCB layouts (typically 8–12 layers), with an emphasis on high-speed and RF performance. Key Responsibilities • Create and modify complex PCB layouts in Altium, from schematic to fabrication. • Manage and maintain clean, standardized CAD libraries and 3D component models. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure signal integrity, DFM/DFT compliance, and cost efficiency. • Liaise with PCB fabrication partners to resolve stack-up and impedance queries. • Contribute to multiple concurrent product development projects. Ideal Background • 4+ years’ PCB/CAD design experience. • Strong Altium proficiency. • Understanding of RF and high-speed design principles, preferred. • Background in Electrical Engineering, CAD Design, or similar. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines.
