Job Summary We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, support pre-construction planning, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work in Burien a couple of times per week and the remainder remote. Occasional job site visits are required. Duties Operations Management • Oversee daily operations across active residential projects • Support scheduling, sequencing, and resource coordination • Communicate project status with field teams and leadership • Manage and work closely with Administrative Associate who is in charge of billing and other office duties while reporting directly to Operations Manager Project Coordination • Support project start-ups and pre-construction planning • Track job progress and assist in resolving operational challenges • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Client Communication • Function as primary point of contact from project start to finish • Communicate schedules, changes, and expectations with clients • Address client questions and help maintain strong relationships Operational Systems • Oversee all field crew hours and proper time tracking • Meticulously maintain project records, logs, and documentation • Execute and improve internal tools and processes that support consistency and workflow Team Collaboration • Work closely with ownership, field leadership, and office staff • Assist with staffing coordination, hiring, onboarding support, and staff meetings Marketing & Social Media Support • Support company social media presence by preparing and posting project updates, photos, and basic content • Work with ownership to ensure projects, milestones, and company messages are shared consistently and on brand • Assist with maintaining an active and professional online presence • Support scheduling, sequencing, and resource coordination • Communicate project status with field teams and leadership • Manage and work closely with Administrative Associate who is in charge of billing and other office duties while reporting directly to Operations Manager Qualifications • 5+ Years experience in construction operations, project coordination, or a related role • Strong organizational and communication skills • Strong understanding of residential construction workflows • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with field teams, leadership, and clients • Knowledge of L&I, unemployment, and construction compliance • Proficiency with common office and project management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools) • Highly organized, systems-driven, and proactive To apply, please submit your resume along with a cover letter and professional references.
