Full Description

Job Description: • Teach in the Health Care Administration program remotely. • Prepare and deliver lecture content for online students. • Engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed. • Provide assessments and constructive feedback utilizing rubrics. • Demonstrate relevant and current subject-matter expertise. • Guide students in active collaboration and application of their learning. • Provide feedback to the program chair on possible curricular improvements. Requirements: • Terminal degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Admin, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning • 5 years directly relevant, current and active industry experience in Healthcare. • 3 years of experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education. • Hold one or more certification such as CPHIMS, CHDA, CHFP, CPA, CPHQ, LSSGB/LSSBB, PMP, FACHE, RHIA/RHIT/CHDA/CHPS/CPHIMS, FACHE/CHFP/CPA, PMP, CISSP Benefits: • Health Coverage: Access to health care, medical with vision, dental, and prescription plans for both individuals and families, effective from the 1st of the month following your hire date. • Insurance Options: Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. • Supplemental Retirement Plans: include 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and various Roth options.
