Job Summary The Director of IT Service Delivery is responsible for the effective operation and strategic direction of multiple customer-facing IT service teams, including the Service Desk, Hospital Operators, and Workspace & Device teams. This role ensures seamless delivery of IT technical support and services across the organization, maintaining high standards of customer service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
