Full Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support our staffing and hiring efforts. This role sits squarely within the Human Resources function, with a primary focus on recruiting, staffing operations, and candidate experience. This role is ideal for students in their final year of college, professionals returning to the workforce, or early-career candidates looking to build a long-term career in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources. Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end recruiting and staffing activities across multiple roles • Review, screen, and organize candidate resumes efficiently and accurately • Communicate with candidates via email, LinkedIn, and phone • Conduct timely and professional follow-ups throughout the hiring process • Help deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools • Track candidate data and hiring activity in CRM/ATS/HRIS systems • Assist with scheduling and recruiting coordination • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information appropriately • Use Google Workspace and AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and efficiency Qualifications • Strong interest in Recruiting, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills • Comfort making professional phone calls with candidates • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment • Professional persistence in follow-up and candidate communication • Experience with or willingness to learn: • LinkedIn for recruiting or sourcing • CRM, ATS, or HRIS systems • Google Workspace • AI tools for recruiting or productivity Preferred (Not Required) • Prior exposure (through academia or professional experiences) to recruiting, staffing, HR, or coordination roles • Experience reviewing resumes or supporting hiring processes • Demonstrated persistence, persuasion, or relationship-building skills • Leadership experience and skills including clubs and organizations Why Join Us • Hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition • Flexible, remote work environment • Opportunity to grow into a full-time recruiting or HR role • Supportive, collaborative team culture • Meaningful work helping candidates navigate the hiring process • Exposure to working with management consultants and C-Suite level executives • Opportunity to work directly with and be mentored by VP of Staffing • Organizational dedication to mentorship and employee development If you are energized by connecting with people, building talent pipelines, and improving hiring processes, we encourage you to apply.
