Company: Umber By J Lenay Position Type: Contract / Per Video Basis Compensation: $50 per approved video + 10% affiliate commission About Us Umber By J Lenay is a clean beauty brand known for helping women (and individuals) reduce excessive facial hair naturally. Our community includes those with PCOS, hormonal imbalances, menopause, and now Transitioning women going through their journeys. We create real solutions for real people, and we need authentic storytellers to help us share those experiences. Role Overview We are seeking Umber Ambassadors to create authentic, high-quality video content for social media platforms ( Instagram, Tiktok, etc.). Ambassadors should represent real people with real struggles with excessive facial hair and have the ability to film in a way that feels raw, honest, and inspiring. (clear High Quality Video footage) Each approved video pays $50. In addition, every ambassador will receive a custom affiliate link that allows them to earn 10% commission on all sales made through their link. If your video is used as part of an ad campaign, you’ll continue to receive that commission on purchases generated. What You’ll Do • Create short videos (30–90 seconds) featuring your personal story and how you use Umber products. • Show clear before-and-after footage and/or relatable storytelling (PCOS, hirsutism, ingrown hairs, dark spots, etc.). • Capture high-quality video footage (good lighting, clear sound, steady framing). • Follow brand guidelines for storytelling, visuals, and messaging. • Submit videos on agreed timelines for review and approval. Requirements - Must be comfortable being on camera and sharing your personal story about facial hair struggles. -Strong video quality: good lighting, clear camera, no blurry/grainy footage. - Ability to tell a story (not just product placement). - Must be at least 21 years old. - Access to a smartphone with a good camera or DSLR is required. - Consistency and reliability—only apply if you can deliver quality content on time. Nice to Have • Experience with TikTok/Instagram content creation. • Familiarity with skincare/beauty products. • Previous ambassador/UGC creator experience. How to Apply (Important!) To be considered, you must follow these steps (applications without this will not be reviewed): • Submit your resume or portfolio. • Include links to 2–3 video examples (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). • Preferably of you on camera speaking or storytelling. • Write a short cover note explaining why you’d be a great fit and how you connect with Umber’s mission.
