Full Description

Description: • Assist Food, Beverage & Agribusiness loan officers in portfolio management activities • Manage assigned credit portfolio and associated credit risk • Identify opportunities for expansion • Partner with loan officers to administer commercial banking relationships • Perform credit underwriting duties and detailed credit analysis • Prepare underwriting documents and collateral analysis • Monitor borrowing base reports, budget tracking, and covenant compliance • Recognize and manage early warning signs for portfolio • Provide recurring customer service to existing and prospective clients • File all required reports and resolve related issues Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related fields • 5 years commercial banking experience including credit underwriting • Current valid driver’s license • 8 years commercial banking experience including credit underwriting (preferred) • Demonstrates knowledge of agribusiness and production agriculture industries in the Western US • Strong knowledge and understanding in how to identify and process maturing loans, line renewals, term loans that need to be extended, how loans can be restructured, approval process, change terms, etc. • Strong level of understanding of credit underwriting • Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and bank operations • Ability to interpret policies/procedures, loan contracts, and understanding of credit reports, financial statements and loan documents • Strong analytical skills • Ability to be self-starter, show initiative, and transfer knowledge to less experienced peers • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Knowledge of commercial lending software • Ability to prospect and network at various levels within a company (preferred) Benefits: • Paid Time Off • 401(k) matching program • Annual incentive pay • Paid holidays • Comprehensive company sponsored benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, and other insurance coverage • Health savings, flexible spending, and dependent care accounts • Adoption assistance • Employee assistance program • Fitness reimbursement • Tuition reimbursement • Associate wellbeing program • Associate emergency fund • Various associate banking benefits
