The Manager, Educational Partnership Operations oversees day-to-day activities and implementation for educational and community partnerships, ensuring smooth coordination across university departments and external organizations. Acting as the primary point of contact for partner-related operational needs, the role facilitates onboarding, compliance alignment, and problem resolution between stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing timelines, placements, credentialing documentation, and program logistics; synthesizing partner feedback and data to guide process improvements; and ensuring initiatives meet state, accreditation, and university standards. The Manager supports relationship health through regular check-ins and events, while keeping partnership practices compliant and responsive to stakeholder needs. Remote work from any of the following states – Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin. The hiring range for this position is $61,150 to $68,793 per year. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographical location, knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members. TYPE OF SUPERVISION: Receive direction from Dean, School of Education. Direction – indicates that the incumbent attains specific goals and objectives in a broad area of work. Only the final results of work done are typically reviewed. Incumbent typically develops procedures within the limits of established policy guidelines. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Percentage Relationship Oversight Maintain, and strengthen relationships with school districts, nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, and community partners. Act as a point of contact to troubleshoot issues between students, faculty, and partner organizations, ensuring collaborative, solutions-focused outcomes. Facilitate regular check-ins, meetings, and workshops with partners to assess needs, share updates, and support program improvements. Serve as a liaison across advising, financial aid, scheduling, clinical practice, credentialing, and student services to ensure alignment with partner needs. Gather and synthesize partner and stakeholder feedback to inform program enhancements and long-term planning. Represent the School of Education at external forums, conferences, and community events to promote programs and sustain visibility. Ensure all partnership initiatives align to state, accreditation, and university standards, supporting compliance and external reporting requirements. 50% Operations Oversee timelines, deliverables, and workflows for partnership initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners and coordination across departments and with external partners. Manage the logistics of partnership implementation (placements, credentialing documentation, stipends), ensuring operational needs are met. Interpret reports and data produced by internal teams; share insights with partners and internal stakeholders to guide decision-making and improve student outcomes. Translate findings from data and reports into actionable recommendations for program and process improvements in regard to partnership. Facilitate collaboration between advising, financial aid, scheduling, and student services to ensure operational practices align with partnership goals and obligations. Maintain a strong understanding of accreditation, licensure, and institutional requirements; ensure that partnership practices remain compliant by leveraging existing compliance reports. 45% Perform other duties, as assigned 5% TOTAL 100% POSITION SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR LICENSES: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field is strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or external relations—preferably in an educational, nonprofit, or higher ed setting. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of institutional or organizational partners. Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Banner, Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management platforms to organize and summarize information. Experience coordinating student teaching placements or internships in partnership with K–12 schools or school districts. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with departments such as admissions, advising, marketing, and academic units. Experience providing direct support to students (e.g., advising, coaching, mentoring), especially those in clinical or practicum settings. Familiarity with maintaining or contributing to organizational social media accounts is a plus. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) Relationship-building and diplomacy with internal and external stakeholders, especially K–12 school partners. Data-informed decision-making—ability to analyze trends and outcomes to guide improvements. Strong understanding of state licensure requirements and accreditation standards for teacher preparation. Experienced in using productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace to support clear, respectful, and engaging communication Ability to learn and leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Grammarly, or similar) to improve productivity, streamline communication, draft content, summarize information, and support day-to-day administrative tasks Knowledge of academic processes in college/university setting Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including professional correspondence with school partners and students. Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively and independently within a collaborative remote work environment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform them in a timely and efficient manner Ability to work with deadlines and handle interruptions Willingness to learn new skills Desired: Familiarity with PK-12 education systems and a commitment to supporting educators Understanding of FERPA, including student privacy rights and institutional responsibilities Familiarity with compliance standards related to teacher licensure, placements, and accreditation (e.g., CAEP, CTC, state DOE).
