The Manager of Operations will oversee daily business activities, develop operational strategies, and ensure that teams are performing efficiently. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing processes, improving operational efficiency, implementing company policies, and collaborating closely with various departments to drive organizational success. This role also involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring alignment with company objectives while maintaining a productive work environment. Qualifications • Proficiency in Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning • Strong Project Management and Leadership skills • Experience with Budget Management and Financial Analysis • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP or CRM platforms • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in the auto or manufacturing industry, is a plus • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and align teams to achieve business goals
