Account Director - Branded Merchandise / Promotional Products Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships and oversee branded merchandise program execution. This role requires strong strategic planning, project management, and team leadership skills within promotional products or related industry. Responsibilities · Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction. · Develop and execute strategic merchandise program plans aligned with client goals and budgets. · Lead and support internal account team members. · Manage timelines, budgets, creative direction, product selection, and fulfillment logistics. · Prepare client‑facing materials such as presentations, quotes, and product briefs. · Oversee e‑commerce program setup and ongoing site operations as needed. · Stay current on industry trends and recommend program enhancements. Qualifications · 4-8 years of experience in promotional products, apparel, CPG, or related fields. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. · Strong merchandising, sourcing, and pricing understanding. · Excellent communication, client‑management, and organizational skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. · Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and working both independently and collaboratively.
