Full Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Underwriting Coordinator to join our growing insurance team in the USA. This role combines client relationship management with underwriting support, playing a key role in ensuring smooth processing of insurance applications and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and providing product information. • Coordinate and support underwriting activities, including reviewing documents and assisting with risk assessments. • Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Communicate with clients to clarify information and gather necessary documentation. • Collaborate with underwriters to facilitate timely decision-making. • Maintain and update client records and databases. • Support sales and underwriting teams with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Prior experience in insurance sales, underwriting, or related fields preferred but not mandatory. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM or insurance software. • Must be based in the United States.
