Truly, the possibilities are beautiful. THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Manager, Media Strategy will work closely with the Senior Manager, Media Strategy plus our media agency partners. This person is primarily responsible for leading full funnel channel programs from strategy, planning, and activation across key areas of business. This role is equal parts advisor and doer – responsible for leading and developing the strategy, execution and measurement of holistic media campaigns. You will partner with several strategy and execution-oriented marketing and media teams, including Brand Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Customer Relationship Marketing to build full channel media plans, and communicate clearly to agency partners on media support. Skillset required includes cross functional collaboration, clear and effective communication, working on multiple programs at one time, and achieving key deadlines. It is critical that this position is an ambassador for Ulta Beauty and represents the company in the most positive and professional manner. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: • Lead the strategy, planning, implementation, execution and reporting of media campaigns across paid media channels and across the full funnel. • Review and evaluate marketing briefs and communicate key information to agency partners to help develop media plans across ‘always on’ category & evergreen programs • Maintain Monday.com to help organize timelines and feedback of designated programs • Manage creative requests, timelines and collection of media assets • Responsible for bringing our integrated marketing partners along on strategy, tactical plans, creative reviews and approvals. • Collect and synthesize feedback from cross-functional partners, and ensure timely, clear communication of updates to the agency team. • Manage weekly reporting and optimizations with agency partners • Present key wrap ups and learnings to stakeholders THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of experience developing and executing integrated media strategies across traditional and digital channels • Deep understanding of the media landscape, media consumption • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and external media partners • Able to manage competing priorities across functions and influence resource allocation by aligning with business and strategic goals • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint • Able to work independently • Strong and effective presentation skills • Detail oriented and able to proof own work • Adaptable to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complexity and drive solutions. #LI-hyrbid #LI - CO-1 The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $117,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
