Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler will be responsible for the movement, storage, and quality control of materials in our facility, as well as assisting in quality checks on buildings under construction. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Primary Job Roles • Receive, unload, and store materials in designated areas • Pick and pack materials for production orders • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records • Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet company standards • Support quality control inspections on buildings under construction, verifying that materials are properly used and meet quality standards • Document and report any discrepancies or quality issues related to both materials and construction projects to the appropriate department • Collaborate with the quality control team to implement improvements in material handling and building processes • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed • Keep work area clean and organized Job Qualifications • Bilingual a plus • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred • Familiarity with quality control processes for materials and construction projects is a plus • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods • Forklift certification • Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic math and computer skills Compensation and Benefits • $20/hour • Medical, Vision, Dental • PTO • 401(k) Safe Harbor with a company match • Full-time • Life Insurance • Long/Short Term Disability Insurance Work Location • California Manufacturing Plant • Monday-Friday, Saturday as needed Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team.
