Position Responsibilities • Lead HR operations for 700+ employees in warehouse, facilities and office employees. • Provide support at our Houston and Denver sales offices. • Build, coach and develop a high-preforming HR team to ensure excellent service. • Recruit, interview and hire high-caliber employees and leaders for Uline. • Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations and engagement. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field. • 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings. • 5+ years of management experience. • Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws. • Travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
