Why UKG: At UKG, the work you do matters. The code you ship, the decisions you make, and the care you show a customer all add up to real impact. Today, tens of millions of workers start and end their days with our workforce operating platform. Helping people get paid, grow in their careers, and shape the future of their industries. That’s what we do. We never stop learning. We never stop challenging the norm. We push for better, and we celebrate the wins along the way. Here, you’ll get flexibility that’s real, benefits you can count on, and a team that succeeds together. Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you. The decisions you make, the products you influence, and the experiences you shape all contribute directly to how organizations run their businesses and care for their people. As the M&A Post Merger Systems Integration Lead, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, enterprise applications, data, technology integration, and large-scale transformation—helping UKG evolve its front‑office and back‑office technology landscape, especially during periods of rapid growth and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). You will influence end‑to‑end business applications across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zuora RevPro, and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This includes discovery, design, build, test, data migration, and ongoing integration of acquired companies into UKG’s enterprise systems. Your contributions will shape how UKG operates, scales, and delivers operational excellence. About the Team The Strategy & Transformation organization owns the vision, roadmap, governance, and delivery of critical enterprise systems spanning revenue, service, finance, data, and operations. We partner across Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Corporate Development, Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Solutions and Experience (ESE) to: • Integrate acquired companies and products into UKG’s enterprise business application ecosystem. • Modernize quote‑to‑cash, service, and financial systems across Salesforce, D365, RevPro, and EDW. • Design and govern end‑to‑end system architecture, integrations, data flows, and domain models. • Ensure readiness, adoption, compliance, and operational stability across functional stakeholders. Our team thrives on solving complex business and technology challenges with clarity, rigor, collaboration, and strong product ownership. About the Role As the M&A Technology Integration Lead, you will own the strategy, roadmap, architectural alignment, backlog, and execution for integrating into one or more major enterprise platforms—including Salesforce, D365, Zuora RevPro, and EDW—while leading end‑to‑end integration initiatives tied to M&A. You will: • Lead full lifecycle delivery: discovery, design, requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, migration, and release. • Drive major backlog integrations into UKG’s enterprise landscape across Sales, Service, CPQ, Order‑to‑Cash, Core Financials, and EDW. • Define integration strategy, solution architecture, data model design, and cross‑platform interoperability. • Own and prioritize the Salesforce and/or Core Financials product backlogs, ensuring maximum business value. • Lead complex, multi‑system programs with significant functional depth and cross‑organizational impact. This role demands deep systems expertise, strong product leadership, architectural understanding, and the ability to drive outcomes across a highly matrixed environment. Responsibilities - Translate business needs into epics, user stories, specs, and data mappings. - Lead multiyear integration strategy and roadmap across enterprise platforms. - Drive M&A assessments and end to end integration across CRM, CPQ, O2C, financials, revenue recognition, and analytics. - Define architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and technical standards. - Oversee Agile delivery, testing, data validation, and operational readiness. - Own Salesforce and D365 backlogs; lead design, enhancements, and integrations. - Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and EDW alignment. - Govern complex programs, risks, communication, and cross functional alignment. About You Basic Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Enterprise Applications, Program Management, or Business Systems leadership. • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Dynamics 365, Zuora RevPro, MuleSoft, Informatica/ETL, and Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts. • Demonstrated leadership of large‑scale system integrations, including M&A technology integration. • Strong ability to write detailed requirements, functional specs, data mappings, and acceptance criteria. • Experience testing cross‑platform configurations, integrations, and data flows. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills. • Proven ability to operate in complex, ambiguous, and fast‑moving environments. Preferred Qualifications • Experience leading global product implementations across multiple regions. • Knowledge of end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash architecture across CRM → CPQ → Billing → ERP → RevRec. • Expertise in EDW design patterns, KPIs, metrics, and data validation. • Salesforce, D365, MuleSoft, Informatica, PMP, CSPO/PSPO, or similar certifications. You are a strategic, systems‑thinking product leader who thrives in complexity. You bring: • A balanced mindset across strategy, delivery, architecture, and data. • An influential, collaborative leadership style. • A strong ownership mentality with clear accountability. • Ability to simplify complex, multi‑system problems into actionable plans. • Curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
