This individual ensures compliance with pertinent healthcare building codes, accreditation standards, OSHA, and contractual work specifications; and oversees emergency facilities operational initiatives and plans. In addition, this individual oversees all construction projects and any work performed by outside vendors and contractors, while assuring that all work performed meets fire and safety codes. Qualifications Position Qualifications: Minimum Education: High School Diploma Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field Minimum Experience: A minimum of five (5) years facilities management or related experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity. Must have experience with reading blueprints and understand Life Safety Codes, Joint Commission and other regulatory Standards and OSHA Regulations. Preferred Experience: Experience in a psychiatric facility.
