Qualifications POSITION SUMMARY: Provides administrative assistance to CEO, CFO, COO, CNO, Medical Director, Business Development Director, Physicians, and other hospital staff as needed. Oversees specific administrative and compliance activities impacting hospital services including contracts and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training: High school graduate: Associate degree in business administration preferred. Experience: Five years’ experience as an administrative assistant. Experience in the healthcare setting preferred. Licensure/Certification: None required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service Reception and Interpreter Management Provider Roster Maintenance Monthly Phone Extension List Scheduling Calendaring Office Management Notary Filing, Scanning, Emailing Knowledge and Skills: Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Word, Windows, Access, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Internet Minimum typing speed of 60 wpd. Ability to transcribe minutes of meetings. Effective oral and written communication skills in the English language. Ability to follow written and oral instructions, work independently and productively with minimum supervision. Detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize. Flexible, team-oriented, and customer service oriented. Excellent organizational skills.
