The All-Source Intelligence Analyst will collect, analyze, and synthesize intelligence from multiple disciplines to produce actionable intelligence. They will support operational planning and maintain situational awareness of regional security threats.
Candidates must have prior military, government, or contracting intelligence experience and proficiency across multiple intelligence disciplines. Strong written and verbal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
This position supports UG’s forward-leaning readiness model and is posted in preparation of anticipated contract requirements. Position Overview We are seeking experienced All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support real-world operational and strategic intelligence missions in dynamic and often austere environments. These analysts will fuse intelligence from multiple disciplines to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence in support of force protection, operations, and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical tradecraft, operational awareness, and the ability to synthesize complex information under tight timelines. Travel may be required up to 75% of the time. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and synthesize intelligence from multiple disciplines including: HUMINT (Human Intelligence) SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence) OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) IMINT (Imagery Intelligence) Produce high-quality intelligence products including: Threat assessments Area studies Targeting packets Pattern of life analysis Intelligence summaries (INTSUMs) Daily and weekly intelligence reports Support operational planning, mission execution, and force protection with real-time and predictive analysis. Conduct trend analysis and predictive threat modeling. Brief leadership and operational teams clearly and concisely. Maintain situational awareness of regional security threats, actors, and geopolitical dynamics. Integrate intelligence into operational planning cycles and commander’s decision-making processes. Maintain strict adherence to classification handling, OPSEC, and intelligence oversight requirements. Required Qualifications Prior military, government, or contracting intelligence experience. Experience operating as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst at the tactical, operational, or strategic level. Demonstrated proficiency working across multiple intelligence disciplines. Strong written and verbal briefing skills. Ability to work independently in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Proficiency with common intelligence tools and databases (as applicable to clearance level). Eligible for and able to maintain a U.S. security clearance (Active clearance preferred). Preferred Qualifications Prior deployment experience. SOF, Joint, or interagency intelligence experience. Experience supporting: Force protection operations Counterterrorism Counterinsurgency Protective services intelligence Foreign language capability. Experience with targeting, ISR integration, or operational intelligence fusion cells (J2/JOC/JOC-J2/JIOC).
