Overview UF Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their compensation team! They will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that support UF Health’s strategic objectives. This role ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices across a large, complex healthcare system. The analyst partners with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders to provide expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, pay structures, and regulatory compliance. ****Remote role, must reside within Florida*** Responsibilities Compensation Program Management Design, implement, and maintain salary structures and pay grades for clinical, non-clinical, and leadership roles. Conduct market analysis using reputable survey data to ensure competitive positioning. Evaluate and recommend adjustments to compensation programs based on market trends and organizational needs. Job Evaluation & Market Pricing Perform job analysis and classification for new and existing positions. Benchmark roles against market data and internal equity standards. Prepare documentation and recommendations for job leveling and pay adjustments. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compensation regulations, including FLSA and pay equity laws. Support annual audits and reporting requirements related to compensation. Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reports for leadership. Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and budgeting. Collaboration & Consultation Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Talent Acquisition, and Finance to align compensation strategies with organizational goals. Advise leaders on pay decisions, promotions, and retention strategies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field required; master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a large healthcare system or complex organization. Certifications: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in compensation software and HRIS systems. Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. Excellent communication and consulting skills. Preferred Attributes Experience with union environments and physician compensation models. Familiarity with healthcare market surveys and regulatory requirements.
