Schedule: Part Time, 24 hours/week Shift: Nights; 6:45pm - 7:15am, w/rotating weekends and holidays Location: 5101 WILLOW SPRINGS RD, La Grange, 60525 The role you’ll contribute: Performs basic and advanced validated clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurse in assigned area The value you’ll bring to the team: • Other duties as assigned. • Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks. • Monitors and reports patient conditions. • Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment. • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. • Follows safety and infection control protocols. • Participates in training and development activities. • Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms. • Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living. • Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. • Documents necessary records accurately and timely. • Aids with movement and placement of patients.
