Job Title: CNA / Home Caregiver / HHA (Part-Time) Service Location (City/Zipcode): Palos Hills, IL 60465 Job Type: Part-Time (Under 40 hours per week) Pay: $17 – $20 per hour About UCHANGE HOME CARE Since 2009, Uchange Home Care has helped clients across Illinois remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Position Summary We are looking for experienced CNAs, HHAs, and in-home caregivers to provide part-time care in clients’ homes. This position is a strong fit if you want flexible hours below 40 per week, are dependable, and take pride in professional, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities • Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. • Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support. • Prepare simple meals, support feeding as needed, and provide hydration reminders. • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying, and home safety tasks). • Use our mobile care app to clock in/out and complete visit documentation. • Report any changes in client condition, safety, or schedule to the office promptly. Qualifications • 2+ years of caregiving, home care, or related experience preferred. • CNA or HHA certification preferred (experienced caregivers without certification may be considered). • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. • Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps. • Recent TB test or chest X-ray. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Able to pass background and drug screening. • Strong reliability, clear communication, and consistent attendance are essential.
