Communications Manager R&D Transformation (Hybrid/Remote, King of Prussia, PA) Location: King of Prussia, PA (onsite preferred, remote work supported; global team requires flexible hours) Type: Contract | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Duration: 3 Months (initial, with possible extension) Start Date: September 10, 2025 Interview: In Person Only Openings: 1 Job Overview Seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead internal communications for a major R&D transformation initiative. The role will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, produce milestone-driven content, and manage stakeholder engagement across multiple channels to ensure alignment and engagement during organizational change. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a communications plan supporting R&D transformation milestones • Partner with R&D Corporate & External Affairs, Transformation Management Office, and Change Enablement teams • Draft leader guides, FAQs, talking points, townhall decks, and tailored messaging for diverse stakeholders • Manage channels including R&D Connector, internal portals, newsletters, and video series • Coordinate email campaigns and facilitate engagement through Q&A management and sentiment tracking • Maintain structured review cycles for deliverables and provide progress/risk updates to leadership • Govern confidentiality and compliance for all communications materials Deliverables • Communications Plan and Calendar • Leader Guides, FAQs, Townhall Slide Decks/Scripts • Stakeholder Engagement Plan • Q&A Tracker and Response Templates Role Requirements • Significant experience in change communication and organizational transformation • Ability to develop clear, strategic messaging for multiple audiences • Project management and channel management expertise for internal communications • Proficient with digital content and sentiment analysis tools • Ability to work non-standard hours for a global team Remote About the Company: Ubertal Inc
