Job: Clinical Supply Chain Specialist Assignment Duration: 12 months, potential extension Work Location: 100% Onsite | King of Prussia, PA Shift: Standard Business Hours Position Overview Seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to support daily inbound and outbound logistics operations. This role ensures efficient supply flow, accurate inventory management, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Candidates should have strong warehouse, distribution, and SAP experience—not transportation-heavy backgrounds. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day logistics operations supporting production and distribution schedules • Oversee inventory control and maintain accuracy across warehouse systems • Coordinate movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods (minimal transportation work) • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards • Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, and Quality teams • Use SAP for logistics workflows, inventory management, and reporting Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred) • 6+ years of logistics experience • 4–6 years of warehouse & distribution experience • 4–6 years of hands-on SAP experience (required) • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills • Experience in pharma/biotech or other regulated industries is a plus Notes • Focus on candidates with warehouse, distribution, inventory, and SAP experience (not transportation-heavy profiles) • Confirm 100% onsite availability before submission
