• *\*\*Role can be hired as L3 or L2, based upon experience\*\*****About the Role**As an Executive Talent Coordinator, you will view the world through a lens of candidate and client experience. You will arrange complex interview schedules and capture documentation, greet and escort candidates, manage post-offer paperwork, assist in coordinating new executive on-boarding and communications, as well as other additional project management and reporting as needed. You're willing to help out wherever needed and the most organized when doing so.**What You Will Do**- Act as the main point of contact for Executive candidates throughout the interview process and provide a "white glove" experience.- Handle heavy, complex interview scheduling that may consist of international and offsite meetings, as well as external video/telepresence conferencing.- Partner with Executive Assistants and Team Coordinators to ensure a great candidate experience.- Serve as an on-site host to high-profile candidates during in-person interviews.- Manage expense management and provision travel authorization for high profile candidates.- Manage the drafting of employment agreements for all executive new hires.- Coordinate and manage the process for high-touch candidate gifts.- Manage and track sensitive data for the Executive Recruiting team.- Generate various reports to be presented to members of the Executive Leadership Team.- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and files.- Own tasks that will round out the hiring process, such as, but not limited to: candidate reimbursements, data entry and cleansing, onboarding, POs, etc.**Basic Qualifications:**- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a recruiting environment**Preferred Qualifications:**- Previous recruiting, sourcing, executive administration or recruiting coordination experience, prior search firm or in-house experience- Excellent attention to detail- Must be able to work swiftly with a high sense of urgency and be comfortable with frequent shifting priorities and time sensitive, tight deadlines- Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and highly organized with an incredible attention to detail- Professional written and verbal communication skills- Ability to follow up; know what's going on at all times and respond quickly- Flexibility, patience, persistence and perseverance- Experience with Google office, Workday, and candidate databases- Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceFor New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$81,000 per year - USD$90,000 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$81,000 per year - USD$90,000 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
