About The Role We are actively recruiting a proven sales leader to build a new pod of SMB sellers based in our Chicago Hub. You will develop a team of sellers for Uber for Business adoption in one of the business' fastest growing segments . The ideal candidate has experience focussed on leadership in the B2B space and is empathetic, data-driven, and a self-starter with experience in both mature and start-up environments. What You'll Do • Recruit, train, and develop 11-12 Account Executives • Establish a customer obsessed organization and and operationalizestrategy to achieve critical metrics. • Supervise daily operations to maximize sales and meet, exceed revenue targets • Implement performance management plans to hold sellers to a high level of accountability • Manage and report accurate weekly forecasts and pipelines, achieve quarterly sales goals, and mentor Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals • Establish an effective partnership with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams Basic Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years working in a sales leadership role • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, process driven decision making and data analysis experience • Desire to take initiative; thrive on change, articulate vision and comfortable with ambiguity Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of sales leadership experience, including building, training, and developing sales professionals • Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner • Experience with sales enablement tools such as; ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Google Suite For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
