Administrative Assistant / Receptionist This position is currently temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. · Full Time - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30PM · Hourly Rate: $23.00 · Upon becoming permanent this position offers paid time off, health benefits, pension and annuity. Answer phones, manage emails, and handle incoming and outgoing mail. Process membership payments, including data entry and reconciliation. Create, file, and maintain both physical and digital records, including data entry and database management. Type letters, create documents, reports and spreadsheets. Greet visitors, answer questions, and provide customer service to members and staff. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book travel and accommodation, and reserve meeting spaces. Assist with organizing and coordinating company events, such as membership meetings, conferences and social events. Address basic technical issues related to office equipment and systems. Required skills and qualifications • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in using computers, including software for documents, spreadsheets, and databases. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
