About the Company: One of TYG's electrical contracting clients in Seattle is hiring a Senior Project Executive! This company has over 50 years of successful business under their belt, and they're enthusiastic about taking on a new team member that has proven balance of electrical technical expertise and successful client acumen, across large scale commercial, healthcare, mission critical, and industrial projects. Your Experience: 20+ years expertise in large scale, complex commercial, mission critical, healthcare, and/or industrial electrical projects Based in Seattle, or willing to relocate/commute Strong ability to build clientelle pools Proven experience in an executive/director level position, leading mid-to-large electrical teams Role Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Drive division strategy, identify new market opportunities (commercial, healthcare, industrial), and lead business development efforts to expand revenue and market share. Project Oversight & Operational Excellence Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of electrical projects by overseeing project managers, establishing performance standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency, safety, and profitability. Financial Performance & Budget Management Own division financials including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, margin analysis, and P&L accountability to meet or exceed financial targets. Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and key clients—especially in mission-critical environments where reliability and uptime are essential. Risk, Compliance & Safety Culture Champion compliance with industry codes, OSHA regulations, healthcare/industrial standards, and company safety programs; proactively manage risks related to schedule, safety, quality, and contract performance.
