Job Description Our Associate Program Managers are responsible for the following activities: • Assist in new business acquisition by participating in RFQ Roundtable reviews • Respond to RFQs on time through coordination of business cases, quote preparation, and customer portal submissions • Identify potential risks and opportunities during program quote phase and document action plans to mitigate or capitalize • Prepare quote proposals for Go / No-Go decisions • Contribute towards new business strategies and growth plans • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships • Track customer invoicing milestones on development programs with Finance Team • Maintain up-to-date Program Financial dashboards during program development While the Associate Program Manager does not have direct reports, leadership and teamwork skills are desired in all candidates.
