Coordinate end-to-end order processing, logistics, inventory control, supplier and customer management, and process improvements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
2-4+ years in supply chain/logistics/operations (Food CPG or FMCG preferred), hands-on experience with order fulfillment, 3PLs, freight booking, inventory control, ERP/OMS/WMS proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Mission: Coordinate B2B and retail orders end-to-end, logistics, supply chain, and customer management so Millys products get to buyers on time, in full, and with zero drama. What you’ll do • Order management: Process B2B & retail POs (domestic & international), confirm lead times, track OTIF, handle ASN/EDI where needed. • Logistics coordination: Book freight (parcel/LTL/FTL/sea/air), prepare shipping docs (BOL, commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes), and monitor shipments until delivery. • Inventory control: Maintain stock levels across 3PL/warehouse(s), reconcile counts, manage cycle counts, trigger replenishments, and prevent stockouts/overstocks. • Supplier & 3PL liaison: Coordinate with mills/co-packers, packaging suppliers, and warehouses; chase confirmations, resolve issues, and keep timelines green. • Customer management: Be the point of contact for buyers & distributors, confirm orders, share tracking, solve delivery issues/claims, and keep service levels high. • Data & systems: Keep ERP/OMS/CRM accurate (orders, SKUs, pricing, MOQ), generate weekly reports (inventory, backorders, OTIF, aged stock). • Compliance & docs: Ensure labeling, lot/COA, shelf-life, and import/export paperwork are correct (FDA/USDA where applicable). • Process improvement: Standardize SOPs, streamline handoffs, and reduce cost-to-serve. What you bring • 2–4+ years in supply chain / logistics / operations (Food CPG or FMCG preferred). • Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, 3PLs, freight booking, and inventory control. • Comfortable with ERP/OMS/WMS and spreadsheets; detail-obsessed and deadline-driven. • Clear communicator with vendors, warehouses, and B2B customers; calm under pressure. • Problem-solver mindset; you anticipate issues and fix root causes. • Bonus: EDI/ASN, Amazon/Target/Retailer portals, import/export, and quality/COA experience. Tools you may use ERP/OMS (e.g., Cin7/Unleashed/NetSuite), WMS/3PL portals, carrier portals, Excel/Sheets, Slack, Notion, Gmail, basic EDI.
