Client: Lingo Staffing Location: Roanoke, VA Contract: undefined Job Description Lingo Staffing is seeking an experienced UX Web Designer to join our client’s impactful marketing team in Roanoke VA, on-site. The UX Web Designer will be the architect of medical professionals’ online experience, responsible for creating functional and appealing digital features that address doctors’ needs and drive Foot Levelers’ growth. Key Responsibilities • Create impactful user interface elements, including email design templates, web pages, menus, tabs, and widgets; oversee navigation, layout, and site structure updates. • Own email design and build out on the HubSpot platform. • Wireframe, design, and execute new page designs or updates, using HTML/CSS when necessary. • Collaborate with the marketing team and interdepartmentally to gather and evaluate user requirements. • Create original digital graphic designs, adhering to style standards for fonts, colors, and images across all digital channels. • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues and adjust layouts based on UX standards and user feedback. • Partner effectively with the cross-functional team on marketing campaigns. • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices and champion site and strategy updates. Requirements • 5+ years of proven work experience as a UX/UI designer in a similar role, collaborating with an in-house marketing team. • A stunning portfolio of web and digital design projects. • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript. • Experience with HubSpot or similar email platforms. • Preferred experience with WordPress CMS. • PHP experience is a nice to have but not required. • Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software. • A can-do, team spirit attitude; adept communicator and collaborator with a track record of adding value to the creative team and business.
