Join our growing team as a CNC machine operator! Operate CNC milling and turning machines, as well as manual equipment, to help meet customer specifications and maintain top-quality production standards. Location: Plymouth, MN Wage: • $20 - $24/hr. • Signing bonus available up to $3,000, depending on shift Hours: • 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday • OR 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the machine operator / CNC: • Competitive pay + shift premiums • Medical, Dental, Disability, Life insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan • Annual Bonus & Tuition Reimbursement • Opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment What you will do as a machine operator /CNC: • Operate CNC and manual machinery (mills, drills, lathes, saws) • Perform plating tasks while maintaining quality standards • Ensure parts meet customer specifications Qualifications for the machine operator /CNC: • CNC machining training or experience • Blueprint reading & mechanical inspection skills • Proficiency in shop math & using micrometers, calipers, tape measures • Strong mechanical aptitude Additional Information: Apply today!
