Lead internal communications strategy and execution for the People team, manage editorial calendar, build brand for People team, advise senior leadership, and support junior team members.
Bachelor’s degree, 12+ years in internal or corporate communications with 5+ years HR communications experience, measurable results focus, and proficiency with various collaboration tools.
Description: • Drive planning, strategy, and execution of the People team’s internal communications program, from block and tackle programs to high stakes change management and initiatives, such AI literacy. • Manage the editorial calendar of People team news and stories, ensuring Twilions receive the information that matters most on the right channel, at the right time, and as a story that is memorable and actionable. • Create a clear, compelling umbrella brand for the People team that reflects the innovative and employee-friendly nature of our programs. Partner with HR to operationalize and promote this brand. • Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Administrative Officer, owning all her internal content and the strategy for her visibility at the company. • Drive special projects, as needed, across the G&A functions, such as the roll out of AI tools and training companywide. • Advise and build strong relationships with the People Leadership Team, as well as other key stakeholders across HR, Legal, and IT. • Support and mentor more junior team members, helping them grow their skills and advance. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field • 12+ years’ experience in internal communications or corporate communications with 5+ years HR communications experience. • Thinks in terms of measurable results to gauge program effectiveness and course correct where needed. • Proficiency with AirTable, Slack, ServiceNow, Zoom, Google Workspace, Staffbase, Slido, Polly. (Desired) • Remote but not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
