Please apply to learn more about compensation* [REMOTE] Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities • Manage diverse commercial litigation caseloads from start to finish • Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals • Stay current on legal developments, regulations, and industry trends • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement • Identify and seize business development opportunities • Contribute to the development of legal processes and systems • Oversee credit management and billing support activities [REMOTE] Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications • JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required • 5+ years of commercial litigation experience required • 2+ years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required • Significant motion practice experience required • Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required
