This is a rare chance to take full ownership of a high-potential territory, build deep broker relationships, and lay the groundwork for a future regional office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, following up on marketing-qualified leads, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. With the backing of an established company and the autonomy to run your territory like your own business, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's regional expansion. This position offers a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity to grow into a Managing Producer role and eventually build and lead a local team.
