In this individual contributor role, you will manage key brand accounts and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how to develop and execute marketing strategies across paid media, affiliate, and acquisition channels. To succeed, you must bring strong digital marketing expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to present data-driven insights to C-level stakeholders. Manager or Director of Client Service (Digital Brand Marketing) - REMOTE Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for brand clients, managing day-to-day communications • Translate client goals into data-backed, actionable marketing strategies • Lead performance discussions and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders • Monitor campaign performance across channels and optimize based on insights • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and tracking • Oversee billing, pacing, reporting, and reconciliations with accuracy • Document all meetings and communications with clear, actionable notes • Attend trade shows, conferences, and in-person client meetings to drive growth • Stay up to date on affiliate, paid media, and consumer acquisition trends • Identify new opportunities to expand client partnerships and drive revenue Manager or Director of Client Service (Digital Brand Marketing) - REMOTE Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree is required • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing is required • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is required • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) are required • Ability to travel up to 20% is required (quarterly travel to PA + client meetings & trade shows) • Ability to work EST hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) is required
