Electrical Design Engineer (high-frequency magnetics / power electronics) Location: near Milwaukee, WI **Relocation Assistance Negotiable** Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ match, Life & Disability Insurance, Holidays, PTO Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Travel: Approximately up to 1–2 weeks per year Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship Transfer Available Relocation Assistance Negotiable Electrical Design Engineer (high-frequency magnetics / power electronics) Description Our client in manufacturing is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team near Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will be mentored and trained in high-frequency magnetic design, building your skills toward designing and developing custom transformers, inductors, and chokes for power electronics. You’ll work with a range of magnetic materials and construction methods to deliver high-efficiency, manufacturable solutions that meet global safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute across the entire product lifecycle – from initial requirements gathering to prototype and production – while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams as well as customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational knowledge in magnetics and switch-mode power supplies, ready to grow their career and skillset, who enjoys diverse projects and values growth within a collaborative U.S.-based design and manufacturing team.
