Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (HR & Operations) to provide administrative, HR, and operational support to the leadership team across the United States and India. What You Will Do • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling, communication, and documentation. • Coordinate People Operations activities such as onboarding, benefits coordination, and HR record maintenance. • Act as a bridge between the US and India HR teams, ensuring operational consistency and alignment. • Support vendor management, expense tracking, and procurement coordination. • Manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion. • Assist in event planning, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics. • Track key deliverables and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as required. • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to HR process improvement. Requirements What You Will Bring • A strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and accountability. • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Need • Bachelor's degree preferred; background in Business Administration, HR, or Operations is a plus. • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or Office Administrator. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.). • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information. • Flexibility to work across time zones with a global team. • Individuals with HR or operations experience who are looking to re-enter the workforce - including on H4 (dependent) visas can also apply.
