Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth of IT certification services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT-related international and USA national standards (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 23301, TISAX®, NIST-CSF), excellent leadership and management skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Supporting the Sales Teams and Associates in all day-to-day activities • Cold calling of potential clients • Sending out client information sheets to potential clients and consultants • Entering details of clients onto Salesforce/Workflow or other organizational tools (enquiry, quote or accepted client) • Liaison with clients and consultants to obtain more information • Preparation of quotations and if required obtaining signature of approval • Issuing quotations to potential clients and/or consultants with latest TUV Nord Cert and/or TUV USA Terms and Conditions • Following up quotations and obtaining signed acceptances/contracts of quotations • Searching the internet to obtain client information on their activities and enable EA code or category to be identified • Creating client files for all new clients to TUV USA • Transferring electronically all quotation, client details client acceptance to client files and Salesforce • Develop and follow up on leads from consultants and assessors • Advise clients of additional certification services both USA and overseas • Any other task deemed to be necessary to perform the job as Sales Executive • Develop personal sales skills and IT certification services knowledge • Continually track and monitor activities per defined processes of sales Qualifications: • The Sales Executive-IT Certification Services is expected to have good communication skills in written and oral form and be able to converse with clients, consultants, assessors, inspectors, staff and general public on certification matters. • Reasonable familiarity with IT related international and USA national standards, frameworks, and model. E.g., ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 23301, TISAX®, NIST-CSF, etc. • Competent in sales techniques and tactics. E.g., farming vs. hunting, etc. • Willingness to cold call potential clients. • Good telephone manners are essential. • Must be confident, assertive, have good organizational skills and be self-motivated whilst being a responsive team player • Attention to detail in written form is essential and thus accurate typing is required and to be seen as something to be proud of • Must have achieved good results in English and mathematics or be able to show equivalent or higher qualifications demonstrating good levels of literacy and numeracy • Must be able to demonstrate competence in the use of Microsoft Office applications; preferably including Excel and Power Point • A working knowledge of relevant Standards and schemes offered by TUV USA would be an advantage Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Travel reimbursement • Vision insurance • Work from home Application Question(s): • When would you be able to start work? • What is your salary requirement (range)?
