Full Description

Description: • Design, maintain, and validate all revenue-related reporting to support SNF and Senior Living communities • Support communities generating over $40M in monthly revenue • Ensure data accuracy, trend consistency, and clear communication of financial performance to revenue leadership and executive stakeholders • Translate complex datasets into actionable financial insight • Partner with IT and Financial Analysts to ensure consistency in enterprise reporting • Provide Director of Revenue Cycle and C-suite with timely, digestible, and reliable financial insight Requirements: • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field required • Must have a minimum of 3 years of reporting or analyst experience in healthcare revenue cycle, SNF/AL/IL strongly preferred • Advanced Excel required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas), experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus • Strong SQL or database query experience is a plus • Strong understanding of Skilled Nursing and Senior Living payer sources and billing cycles • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to billing, collections, provider • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook required • Professional image in both appearance and behavior • Excellent written and oral communication skills Benefits: • Financial Literacy Classes • Employee Assistance Program offering Mental Health Resources, Legal Guidance, Financial Information, and more! • Child Care Discount • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Accident Insurance • Critical Illness Insurance • Cancer Insurance • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • 401(k) with Matching Contributions • Tuition Reimbursement • Paid Time Off / Flex Time Off • Birthday Day Off • Exclusive Tutera Perks • Advancement Opportunities
