Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager at Turquoise Health, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our expanding product suite. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, orchestrating product launches, and enabling our Sales and Customer Success teams with compelling marketing materials and insights. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. - You will create clear, persuasive messaging and positioning tailored to diverse customer segments. - You will support Sales and Customer Success teams with training, tools, and collateral to drive product adoption. - You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product marketing strategies. - You will collaborate with Product Management to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps. - You will track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. - You will manage competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats. What You Bring: - 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS. - Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product launch processes. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, analytics platforms, and content management systems. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in healthcare or health tech industries. - Background in data-driven marketing and analytics. - Familiarity with sales enablement and customer success support. - MBA or relevant advanced degree.
