Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager at Turquoise Health, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our expanding product suite. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, orchestrating product launches, and enabling our Sales and Customer Success teams with compelling messaging and tools. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. - You will orchestrate internal and external product launches to maximize market impact. - You will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to create clear, persuasive messaging and sales enablement materials. - You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product positioning and messaging. - You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align on product features and benefits. - You will track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches. - You will support competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats. - You will contribute to the development of customer case studies and success stories. What You Bring: - 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology. - Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product launch processes. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with sales enablement and creating marketing collateral. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in healthcare or health tech industries. - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. - Background in competitive analysis and market research. - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
