Marketing & Office Coordinator Company: Turnkey Engineering LLC Location: Cincinnati / Tri-State Area (Work from home) Type: Part-time (flexible for the right candidate) About Turnkey Engineering Turnkey Engineering LLC is a growing construction and project-management company specializing in residential and light commercial projects. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, clear communication, and efficient project execution. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, organized individual to help manage office operations and marketing efforts. Position Overview The Marketing & Office Coordinator will play a key role in keeping the business organized, responsive, and growing. This position combines office administration, customer communication, and marketing support. You will work closely with ownership and have a direct impact on company growth and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable with technology, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.. Also this is a perfect role for someone with kids, you will be able to work around school functions and requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative Support • Answer incoming phone calls and screen leads • Respond to emails, texts, and online inquiries • Schedule appointments and site visits • Organize customer information, estimates, and project files • Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and document management • Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and job schedules Marketing & Growth • Manage and optimize Google Ads and online listings • Monitor and respond to online reviews • Assist with social media posts and project updates • Help create simple marketing materials (job ads, flyers, website updates) • Track leads and help identify what marketing channels are working • Support hiring efforts and job postings Project & Operations Support • Review job scope with customers after initial contact • Help prepare material lists and tool lists • Coordinate between customers, subcontractors, and field crews • Assist with improving workflows, quality control, and cleanliness standards Qualifications • Strong communication skills (phone, email, text) • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software • Experience with marketing, admin, or construction office work is a plus • Ability to work independently and problem-solve • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Pay: $750.00 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote
