Job Description Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to work directly with a key technology client to achieve the organization's financial and strategic goals across its program of works. The Senior Program Manager will help our client accomplish their program aspirations to drive efficiency and innovation. You will work within a team of professional business consultants with a focus on service excellence and stakeholder management. Responsibilities: • Advanced knowledge in project & program management best practices and applications. • Provide capital projects advice and leading practice guidance to assist with specific stage gate improvements. • Manage stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, District Program Managers, Design Execution, Construction, Project Controls Group, and more.  • Oversee quality control of set processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.  • Develop and oversee program reporting to key stakeholders and program governance, including planning metrics and KPIs. • Develop program improvement initiatives. • Setup and manage Program Tools - such as decision making framework, Action Trackers, Issue Trackers, Risk Registers, Program Directories etc. • Manage the program operational framework, including the setup, preparation and facilitation of program meetings. Qualifications • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to supervise team members. • Be able to work in a team environment or independently. • Be able to bring innovation to existing processes and procedures. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to visually present data. • A good understanding of standard forms of contract. Desirable: • Master's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field. • 6 - 12 years on-site construction management experience. • Accreditation by AACE, PMI, or similar associations. Additional Information The salary range for this full-time role is $150K-$165K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications. • Onsite / in-office work is required.
