Job Description: • Lead multiple large-scale projects across real estate, healthcare, and mission-critical environments. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks. • Ensure alignment with client goals and track performance using KPIs and metrics. • Oversee design, construction, and closeout phases across diverse project types. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. • Supervise multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors. • Provide technical guidance on cost control, constructability, and value engineering. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred and may substitute for some experience. • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing capital projects. • Extensive experience in project controls, including developing and managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics on large-scale programs. • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery. • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. • In-depth knowledge of construction documentation, procurement processes, and standard contract forms.
