Act as liaison between technical teams and business, write and elicit user stories, perform impact analysis, and manage project communications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Salesforce data structure, MuleSoft, wireframing, integration, and project management tools like Jira and BPMN.

Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an Enterprise - IT BA, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • Liaison between technical groups and the business • User Story or requirements writing, definition, and elicitation • Ensure User Story meet INVEST or other current best practices • Provide and accept constructive feedback on projects • Independently research topics using available tools • Interact and handle different groups with competing needs • Perform impact analysis on systems, users, projects, and dependencies Qualifications • Practiced in Agile and Scrum processes • Organizational skills: Ability to coordinate all communications strands of a project • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other MS Office products • Salesforce experience with an understanding of the SF data structure • MuleSoft experience • Wireframing experience • Integration experience Preferred Qualifications • Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) • Jira project management experience • MS Visio or Lucid charts experience (BPMN) • Used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of project (as-is and to-be flows) • Integration to ICOMS • Integration to CSG The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
